Before the demolition of any structure you are required to a obtain a Demolition Permit. Before the issuance of the permit you are required to schedule an inspection of the structure. 

To initiate a permit for demolition, please complete the attached Demolition Permit Application and email to craig.wildi@thomson-mcduffie.gov. For inquiries or further information on demolition requirements, contact Craig Wildi at 706-597-7282.
