RETURNING USERS
  • Please select Citizen Self Service to continue.

  • Returning users that have already linked their accounts, click Citizen Self Service and select the appropriate account under Utility Billing Self Service Accounts.


***IMPORTANT NOTICES***

On your utility account your payment will not be reflected until the NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

Service interruptions may occur if online or in person payment is not executed/received by 5 pm on the “last day to pay” shown in the notes section of your bill.

If service is interrupted because of failure to pay, there is a reconnect fee of $40 per service. These fees must be paid in person at the Utility Billing office.


NEW USERS
  • Click Citizen Self Service and then click register.

  • You will be asked to create user ID, password, password hint, and to enter your email address. When you are finished, click save.

  • To link your account you'll need your Customer ID and Account Number located on your paper bill. When you have both ready, select Utility Billing Self Service, then select Link to Account. Users are REQUIRED to link accounts.

  • You can select manage bills to see outstanding balances for all accounts linked or select the account number to see balances and details regarding that specific account.

  • When ready to pay, select add to cart and then select checkout. You will be redirected to Elavon, our utility payment processor. Follow on screen instructions to complete checkout.
